Frequently asked questions

How do I track my shipment?
Enter your tracking number into the search form on the homepage. We automatically detect the courier and show the shipment status, location, and full timeline.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Tracking may pause for 24–72 hours between scan points, especially during long-haul or international transit. If there is no update after 5 business days, contact the courier or sender.
What does 'In Transit' mean?
'In Transit' means the courier has your package and it is moving between facilities toward the delivery address. It is a normal, healthy status.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipments typically arrive in 1–5 business days. International parcels can take 3–20 days depending on the courier, service, and customs clearance.
Can I track international packages?
Yes. We support real-time tracking for hundreds of international couriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, and Evri.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
Wait 24–48 hours to see if scans catch up, re-check the tracking page for exceptions, and then contact the sender or courier if there is still no progress.
