Pending
The courier has label information but hasn't received the parcel yet.
What it means
A 'Pending' status means a shipping label has been created and the tracking number is registered, but the courier has not yet scanned the physical parcel into their network.
Typical duration
Usually 1–3 business days from label creation.
What to do
- Give the sender 24–48 hours to hand the parcel to the courier.
- Contact the sender if the status stays pending for 3+ days.
- Try tracking again — updates often appear after the first scan.

Pending FAQ

- Yes — both mean the shipment exists in the system but hasn't been picked up yet.
- How long can tracking stay pending?
- Usually 1–3 days. Longer than a week usually means the parcel was never dispatched.
