How to Find Your Tracking Number on Temu

Published · 5 min read

To find your Temu tracking number, open the Temu app or website, go to “Your orders,” tap the order you want to track, then tap “Track.” The tracking number is shown on that page along with the carrier name (usually a Temu-partnered line like Cainiao, YunExpress, or a US last-mile carrier like USPS or UniUni). You can paste that number into ParcelsPulse to see the full timeline outside of the Temu app.

Step-by-step: finding your Temu tracking number

1) Open the Temu app and tap the account icon at the bottom right. 2) Tap “Your orders.” 3) Select the order you want to track. 4) Tap the blue “Track” or “View logistics” button. 5) Scroll to the section labeled “Tracking number” or “Waybill number.” Copy the string of digits and letters shown there — that is your real tracking number. The same steps work on the Temu website: sign in, open “Your orders,” and click “Track order” next to the shipment.

What the Temu tracking number looks like

Temu uses several partner carriers, so the format varies. You may see a short 12–16 digit number (typical of Cainiao or YunExpress), a longer 20–22 character string starting with LZ, LS, or LP (postal formats), or a familiar USPS tracking number starting with 9400 or 9200 once the parcel reaches US last-mile delivery. All of these are valid — paste whichever you see into the tracker.

Track your Temu order here

Paste the tracking number below to see the timeline from origin scan to US delivery in one view. ParcelsPulse auto-detects the carrier, so you don't need to know whether your parcel is with Cainiao, YunExpress, or USPS.

Why the tracking number sometimes says 'not found'

For the first 2–5 days after you order, the tracking number may show “no information yet” on public trackers. That's because Temu creates the shipping record before the parcel has left the origin warehouse. Once the first Chinese scan is recorded, the timeline populates. If a week has passed with no updates, check Temu's own order page — they sometimes issue a new tracking number if the first one is replaced upstream.

Two tracking numbers on one order

Temu splits multi-item orders into separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. If an order shows “2 packages,” tap each one to see its individual tracking number. This is also why one item may arrive days before the other — they travel on different flights and different last-mile carriers.

If you can't find the tracking number at all

If the order page shows only a status like “Shipped” without a tracking number, it usually means the label exists but hasn't been printed yet. Wait 24 hours and check again. If it still doesn't appear after 3 days, contact Temu support from inside the order — they can push the carrier to release the number.

Frequently asked questions

Does Temu send tracking numbers by email?
Yes, but only after the parcel is picked up. The tracking number appears in the Temu app first, then in a shipping-confirmation email.
Can I track a Temu order without the app?
Yes. Sign in to temu.com, open 'Your orders,' and copy the tracking number into any universal tracker, including ParcelsPulse.
Why is there no tracking number on my Temu order?
The label is created before the parcel is scanned. Wait 24–48 hours after the 'shipped' status and it will usually appear.
What carrier does Temu use to the USA?
Temu ships via partners including Cainiao, YunExpress, and 4PX for the international leg, then hands off to USPS or UniUni for US last-mile delivery.
