How to Track Your Shein Order Step by Step

To track a Shein order, open the Shein app, tap “Me” at the bottom right, tap “Orders,” select the order, and tap “Track.” The tracking number is listed there along with the carrier. Step-by-step: tracking a Shein order
1) Open the Shein app and tap the “Me” tab. 2) Tap “Orders.” 3) Choose the order (Processing, Shipped, or Delivered). 4) Tap the “Track” button next to the shipment. 5) On the tracking page, look for the field labeled “Tracking number” or “Waybill No.” That's the ID you can paste into any universal tracker. On desktop, sign in to shein.com, go to “My orders,” and click “Track” to see the same information.
The two stages of every Shein shipment
Every Shein order has two stages you can track. Stage 1 is the international leg with a Shein-partnered carrier (Shein Line, SF Express, YunExpress, 4PX, or ePacket-style services). Stage 2 is the final mile with a local carrier in your country — USPS or UniUni in the US, Evri or Royal Mail in the UK, and so on. A single tracking number usually covers both stages, but the format may change once the parcel crosses the border.

What if Shein shows a status but no tracking number?
This happens for 12–48 hours after the order is marked “Shipped.” The label exists in Shein's system before the carrier acknowledges it. Wait a day, refresh the order page, and the tracking number will appear. If it still doesn't after 3 days, use Shein's built-in chat to ask their support team to release the number — they can usually do it while you wait.
How long Shein orders take
Standard Shein shipping to the USA takes 7–15 business days; to the UK 5–12; to most of the EU 6–14. Express options (where available) roughly halve those windows. During Black Friday, Christmas, and Chinese New Year, add 3–7 days across the board.
Multiple parcels on one order
Large orders are split into multiple parcels, each with its own tracking number. Check the order detail page in the app: if you see “Package 1 of 2,” each package has its own tracking button. It is normal for the two parcels to arrive one to three days apart.
